1950s Kitsch Culinary Fabric (tx544)
A superb 1950s woven cotton fabric, currently made up as a wide, single curtains. This super fabric has an attractive weave and a fantastic design of dining and culinary articles, set in red, yellow and green squares against a striking background of white ivy leaves over black.
An eye-catching fabric which is perfect for bags and cushions - also for adapting to a small pair of curtains.
The fabric is approximately 69" wide by 39" long. It has a vertical join two-thirds the way along. It retains its lining which we will leave in place, should it be required as a curtain (there is no header tape attached because it has a stitched channel for threading a rod through.) There is wear down one vertical edge (approx 6" in) due to sunlight damage and this is probably where the face of the curtain was turned into the light, the rest of the fabric is unworn and unfaded.
Add a splash of fun and colour to your home with this rare and striking fabric.
