If you are within the UK and have not received your parcel within 10 days, please contact us so that we may look into the matter. If you are overseas, please contact us within 3 weeks if you have not received your parcel. It is also a good idea to check with your local Post Office and sorting office, where they may be holding an item for you. Do also check with neighbours who may have taken a parcel in for you and forgotten about it!
