Absolutely, divinely pretty vintage double bedspread made from an early Sanderson cotton fabric. The design of roses and flowers with an acanthus trellis type pattern is just beautiful. The bedspread has a deep valanced edging at the sides and bottom and drapes wonderfully. It also has inserts at the top to allow it to sit over a pillow without losing its overall drop.
Perfect for a guest room where you can indulge your love of gorgeous vintage florals and create the ultimate country style bedroom.
The bedspread is approximately 62" wide across the top where the width increases to allow for the pillows and 54" wide across the middle, excluding the valance. It is 76" long excluding the valance. The valance sides are approximately 14" deep and the valance across the bottom is approximately 12". In excellent vintage condition with a couple of very small areas where stitching has come undone - this isn't noticeable but could be rectified quickly if desired. In clean condition.
