A bright and beautiful quilt dating to the 1930s. This cotton covered quilt has a thick, wadding filling, most probably wool, and is exceptionally pretty. The design of colourful chrysanthemums against a rich blue background is both rare and eyecatching. The quilt has diamond stitching and a vertical join on both sides.
